潮州美姐选美赛是新加坡潮州八邑会馆在2017年精心打造的标志性文化活动，也是新加坡极具影响力的族群文化赛事之一。赛事面向新加坡及海内外优秀潮籍女性，以展现新时代潮籍女性风采、传承弘扬潮汕优秀传统文化为核心宗旨，为青年女性搭建展示自我、提升素养、交流学习的优质平台。
与一般选美赛事不同，潮州美姐选美赛不只注重外在形象，更强调文化底蕴、品德修养、才艺气质与社会责任感，全面展现潮籍女性自信、优雅、知性、独立的时代风貌。比赛环节涵盖潮州文化知识、传统才艺展示、舞台表现力、临场应变与语言表达等，参赛者通过潮语歌曲、传统舞蹈、民俗技艺、乐器演奏等形式，生动诠释潮汕文化的独特魅力。
赛事自举办以来，吸引众多优秀潮籍女性踊跃参与，不仅发掘和培养了一批热爱潮汕文化、热心社群服务的青年代表，更成为传播潮人精神、连接全球潮人乡情的重要文化桥梁。
The Miss Teochew Beauty Pageant, organised by Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan since 2017, is a signature cultural event that celebrates the elegance, talent and heritage of Teochew women.
Beyond beauty, the pageant places strong emphasis on cultural knowledge, character and social responsibility. At the same time, it promotes Teochew heritage and nurtures young ambassadors within the Teochew community.

张思丽简介
Profile of Ms. Teo Ser Lee
创办人，潮州八邑会馆董事张思丽PBM，受邀担任2017年、2021年、2024年三届潮州美姐选美赛总策划及首席裁判。她曾荣获新加坡世界小姐荣衔，深耕本地选美行业与文化推广工作。拥有 20 余年专业礼宾培训及赛事策划经验的她，致力融合潮州传统文化与现代女性优雅气质，推动传统文化以年轻化、国际化的姿态焕发新光彩。
自首届“潮州美姐选美赛”创办以来，张思丽女士便全程亲力亲为，积极参与赛事策划、培训、评审及佳丽指导工作。她强调比赛不仅注重外在形象，更重视佳丽的品格、修养与文化底蕴，希望通过赛事推广潮州文化，鼓励年轻一代传承潮语与潮人精神。
在第二届及第三届赛事筹备期间，张思丽女士更亲自前往马来西亚及中国潮汕地区展开招募与培训工作，邀请更多海外及祖籍地的潮籍佳丽来新加坡参赛。她亦曾赴汕头为当地佳丽进行专业集训，以实际行动推动“潮州美姐”迈向国际化平台，让世界看见潮州女性的魅力与文化风采。
Ms. Teo Ser Lee PBM, Founder of Protocol Academy and Board Member of the Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan, served as the Chief Planner and Head Judge of the Miss Teochew Beauty Pageant in 2017, 2021, and 2024. A former Miss Singapore World titleholder, she brings over 20 years of experience in etiquette training and pageant planning. Ms Teo is dedicated to promoting Teochew heritage. She presents Teochew culture through a contemporary lens by blending tradition with contemporary elegance and international appeal.
Since its inaugural edition, Ms. Teo has played a key role in its planning, training, judging and talent development. She strongly advocates on character, cultural appreciation and personal refinement. The pageant is a meaningful platform to promote Teochew culture and inspire younger generations to preserve the Teochew language, values and heritage.
During preparations for the second and third editions of the pageant, Ms. Teo travelled to Malaysia and the Chaoshan region of China to recruit and train contestants, encouraging greater participation from overseas communities and ancestral hometowns. She also conducted professional training sessions in Shantou, elevating the “Miss Teochew” pageant onto the international stage and showcasing the charm, elegance and cultural heritage of Teochew women.
