潮汕地区是国家历史文化古城，至今已有2000多年历史，其中潮汕国家级非物质文化遗产代表性项目:工夫茶艺、手拉壶、嵌瓷、烟花火龙、大锣鼓、木雕、剪纸、英歌舞等。
The Chaoshan region, with over 2,000 years of history, is a renowned cultural center in China. It is home to numerous nationally recognised Intangible Cultural Heritage items, including Gongfu tea, Chaozhou teapots, porcelain inlay, Yingge dance, Chaozhou music, wood carving, paper cutting, and more.
工夫茶艺
Gongfu Tea
潮汕地区是国家历史文化古城，至今已有2000多年历史，其中潮汕国家级非物质文化遗产代表性项目:工夫茶艺、手拉壶、嵌瓷、烟花火龙、大锣鼓、木雕、剪纸、英歌舞等。
Originating in the Song Dynasty, Gongfu tea symbolises hospitality and friendship. Three teacups are arranged in the shape of the Chinese character “品” (pin), representing tea, virtue, and life.
潮州剪纸
Chaozhou Paper Cutting
潮汕剪纸与民俗生活紧密相连，节庆、婚嫁、寿诞中广泛应用。题材多为吉祥花鸟与戏曲人物，刀法精巧细腻、构图饱满圆润，极具地方民俗特色。

手拉壶
Chaozhou Teapot
俗称 “土罐”，为潮州工夫茶专用茶具。清中期前多用宜兴壶，后以本地朱泥手工拉坯成型，胎薄质坚、透气性佳，专为工夫茶冲泡设计。

英歌舞
Yingge Dance

大锣鼓
Chaozhou Drum Music
潮州音乐中经典广场乐，由传统鼓吹乐演变而来，以锣鼓与管弦乐合奏，气势磅礴壮观，是潮汕节庆重要的演奏形式。

嵌瓷
Porcelain Inlay
始于明代万历年间，清代随祠堂、豪宅兴建而盛行。以彩色瓷片镶嵌装饰建筑，色彩经久耐用、构图繁复精美，为潮汕建筑标志性工艺。

潮剧
