11 月 5 日上午 9 点 15 分在欢快激昂的大锣鼓声中第三届潮州节拉开了序幕,新艺演、艺团呈现的 “我爱潮汕小吃” 歌舞表演令观众倍感亲切,一下子想起了家乡味道,怀乡之情油然而生。副总理兼经济政策统筹部长王瑞杰先生是大会主宾, 文化、社区及青年部长兼律政部第二部长唐振辉、宗乡会馆联合总会会长蔡其生、南华潮剧社董事会主席洪振群、醉花林俱乐部总理张建安、本地潮属社团代表共计 50 人出席线下开幕典礼,同步连线观礼的有,永远名誉会长郭明忠、中国驻新加坡参赞兼总领事邱元兴、潮汕三市领导以及文化团体, 来自新西兰、加拿大、澳大利亚、印尼、马来西亚、中国深圳、香港和澳门等地的潮属社团和国际潮团总会的海外侨领以及知名人士,洪江游、陈幼南、张乙坤、曾国奎、林少毅、黄赐兴、陈新涛、吴源盛、刘艺良、李国兴、林枫林、林伦伦、吴开松、李奕标、陈周平、陈再藩、陈荆淮、李富新等。开幕式通过会馆面簿、潮州节网站向全球直播。
曾建權会长致辞中讲到,因为新冠疫情的原因,无法举办大型实体活动,不得不把潮州节搬到线上,希望给公众带来崭新的体验。第三届潮州节以三维虚拟潮州村的方式上线,为大家全方位展示潮汕历史文化与习俗、及新加坡潮州人的文化。
曾会长也宣布成立“美姐礼仪”小组,为社团、企业活动提供礼仪大使的服务,为活动增添光彩。并表示潮州节过后,虚拟潮州村的内容将保留下来,各展区的内容也将不断充实、更新和完善,成为八邑会馆弘扬潮汕优秀文化的线上平台。疫情过后,将继续呈现以线上为主、线下为辅,线上、线下相互结合的潮州文化盛会。
此次潮州节延续新加坡潮州八邑会馆 2019 年举行 90 周年庆时提出的“携手 · 传承 · 创未来”主题,致力于凝聚潮社力量,积极培养年轻一代,让潮人传统文化世代相传。由新加坡潮州八邑会馆副会长陈展鹏领导的本届潮州节筹备团队,都是年青志工,加上线上潮州节暨潮州美姐选美赛的推出, 他相信,这将有序地为会馆吸纳年轻人,为会馆不断地注入新的生机与活力,也让传统文化精髓得以传承。
副总理兼经济政策统筹部长王瑞杰先生在致辞中提及这是第一个在网上举行的“潮州节”。在冠病疫情当下,谨慎防疫成了大家生活的新常态。但是,也不能因为疫情,停止所有正常活动。所以“潮州节”把节目放上网, 还设立了虚拟“潮州村”,通过科技,向全世界展示现代潮州文化。
The 3rd Teochew Festival began at 9:15am on November 5 to the rousing beat of drum performances. Song-and-dance item “I Love Chaoshan Delicacies” struck a chord with the audience evoking a wave of nostalgia. The Guest of Honour was then-Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic Policies Heng Swee Keat. Also attending the ceremony were then-Minister for Culture, Community and Youth and Second Minister for Law Edwin Tong, Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations President Thomas Chua, Nam Hwa Opera Chairman Ang Chin Koon, and representatives from local Teochew organisations.
Joining the ceremony online were Singapore Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan Permanent Honorary President George Quek, Counsellor and Consul-General of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Singapore Qiu Yuanxing, leaders and cultural delegations from the three Chaoshan cities, overseas Teochew community leaders and prominent figures from Teochew associations in New Zealand, Canada, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Macau, and representatives from the Teochew International Federation, including Hong Jiangyou, Dr Chan Yau Nam, Teo Yek Koon, Tsang Kwok Fai, Lim Siew Gee, Ng Sze Hing, Chen Xintao, Goh Guan Seng, Lau Yee Leong, Lee Kok Heong, Lim Fenglin, Prof Lim Lun Ng, Goh Hoi Soon, Lee Yik Piu, Chen Zhouping, Chen Zaifan, Chen Jinghuai, and Lee Fuxin. The opening ceremony was livestreamed globally via the Huay Kuan’s Facebook page and the Singapore Teochew Festival website.
In his speech, then-President Chan Kian Kuan shared that an event with a large turnout cannot be held due to the COVID-19 pandemic, driving the Singapore Teochew Festival online, in hope of offering the public a fresh and engaging experience. The 3rd Singapore Teochew Festival went live as a 3D Virtual Teochew Village, immersing viewers in the history, culture and traditions of Chaoshan, as well as the heritage of the Teochew community in Singapore.
President Chan also announced the launch of the Miss Teochew Protocol Team, which will provide protocol ambassadors for clan-association and corporate events. He added that after the festival, the Virtual Teochew Village will stay online, with content across its exhibition zones continually expanded, updated, and refined to serve as a lasting digital platform promoting Teochew culture. Post-pandemic, the festival will continue to adopt a digital-first, hybrid format, combining online and offline programmes in celebration of the vibrant Teochew culture.
This edition of the Singapore Teochew Festival continued the theme “Together · Preserve · Future,” introduced at the 90th Anniversary of Singapore Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan in 2019 — uniting the Teochew community, nurturing the younger generation, and passing traditional culture down through the generations. Led by Lennon Tan Thian Pong, then-vice president of the Singapore Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan Vice President Lennon Tan Thian Pong, this year’s organising committee was made up mainly of young volunteers. With the launch of the Online Singapore Teochew Festival and the Miss Teochew Pageant, he was confident these initiatives would steadily draw young people into the Huay Kuan, inject fresh energy into the organisation, and keep the essence of traditional culture alive.
In his opening address, Heng Swee Keat noted that this was the first Singapore Teochew Festival held online. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, careful precautions had become part of daily life — but that was no reason for normal activities to stop. By moving the festival online and creating a virtual “Teochew Village”, organisers used technology to showcase contemporary Teochew culture to audiences worldwide.

副总理说,新加坡是个多元文化、种族和宗教的社会。各族人民承载着祖辈的传统和价值观,长久一起生活,相互交流磨合,逐渐产生独特而多姿多彩的新加坡文化。其中,潮州人是本地华族的第二大方言群体,也为多元文化作出不少贡献。然而,享有的和谐不是理所当然的。世界上有许多社会正面临着严重的分化,国家之间的矛盾也令人担忧。这种大环境下,新加坡的多元文化是难能可贵的。它不仅能够让国人更加团结, 也让大家更好地与世界各地的族群合作交流。潮州八邑会馆和其它本地的会馆在这方面就做了不少努力,在传承华族文化的同时,也加强国人之间的凝聚力,促进各族群间互相理解。
他感谢八邑会馆在这方面的贡献,让大家能够在多元文化的基础上,发挥“家己人”的精神,建立一个更具包容性的新加坡。开幕式进入启动环节,台上的王瑞杰、唐振辉、曾建權、张建安、洪振群共同伸出左手,触摸 LED 屏上的红桃粿,红桃粿“获得”能量,即刻欢腾跳跃,最后八个红桃粿组合成潮州节标识,线上潮州节正式开启。最先映入眼帘的是虚拟“潮州村”航拍视频,伴随着欢快的潮乐锣鼓声,带领观众游览潮州村全貌。
Heng Swee Keat added that Singapore is a multicultural, multiracial, and multi-religious society, where generations have carried forward the traditions and values of their forebears while living, interacting, and adapting together to shape a unique and vibrant Singaporean culture. As the country’s second-largest Chinese dialect group, the Teochew community has contributed much to this diversity. He stressed that Singapore’s harmony should never be taken for granted, especially as many societies worldwide face deepening divisions and rising tensions between nations. Against this backdrop, Singapore’s multiculturalism is especially precious — it unites Singaporeans at home while strengthening ties with communities around the world. He commended Singapore Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan and other local clan associations for their efforts on this front, preserving Chinese heritage while deepening cohesion among Singaporeans and mutual understanding across ethnic groups.
Heng Swee Keat thanked Singapore Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan for its contribution in this regard, helping bring the spirit of “Ka-Ki Nang” (“our own people”) to life on a multicultural foundation, and building a more inclusive Singapore. During the launch, Heng Swee Keat, Edwin Tong, Chan Kian Kuan, Teo Kiang Ang, and Ang Chin Koon together placed their left hands on a red peach-shaped kueh (png kueh) displayed on the LED screen. Energised, the kueh sprang to life — and eight of them combined to form the Singapore Teochew Festival logo, officially opening the online festival. The screen then cut to an aerial video of the virtual “Teochew Village,” with lively Teochew gong-and-drum music guiding viewers on a tour of the festival grounds.

虚拟村共设12个展区，分别是优联大舞台、南华潮剧社、潮语潮学堂、潮游寻幻境、桑梓望乡亭、民俗小书斋、巧夺天工楼、狮城潮邑馆、潮味美食街、潮丽人云居、精品购物街及珍藏艺品廊。网站插图从年轻人的视角介绍潮州传统文，介绍潮州人的三种粿、潮州音乐的三种乐器，以及受马来语影响的潮州话等，也以相同手法介绍潮州人在结婚、怀孕、做寿和办丧事时的各项传统习俗。
The virtual village encompassed 12 exhibition zones: Union Grand Stage, Nam Hwa Opera, Teochew Language & Culture Classroom, Wonderland of Teochew, Hometown Pavilion, Folklore Study, House of Ingenious Craftsmanship, Singapore Teochew Hall, Teochew Food Street, Teochew Beauty Cloud Pavilion, Boutique Shopping Street, and Gallery of Treasured Artworks.
The website’s illustrations presented Teochew tradition through a young person’s lens — introducing three types of Teochew kueh, three instruments of Teochew music, and the Malay influences on Teochew dialect — and used the same approach to cover Teochew customs surrounding marriage, pregnancy, longevity birthdays, and funerals.

1. 优联大舞台 Union Grand Stage
播放线上直播节目，包括开幕式、海外祝贺词、“我的潮州情怀”访谈节目—分别采访王瑞杰、陈诗龙、许宝琨、马炎庆、曾建權、洪振群、张建安、张学彬、陈展鹏、黄建铭、张思丽、陈澍承；还有与林仰忠老师学潮语、千禧青年谈潮州文化、林伦伦教授谈潮州方言、云游侨乡—大吴篇、凤凰篇、蓉子新书《稀客行》推介、江夏二郎美食访谈、名厨刘奇荣谈潮州美食、陈俊元、吴源良2022年生肖运势讲座等等。
作为潮州文化传承的一部分，潮州节也支持淡马锡理工学院2021全球社区日，委派陈奂霖董事代表会馆担任三位理工学生研究潮州文化的顾问，辅导学生进行潮州建筑、婚嫁、大米文化的相关研究；并于11月12日和陈展鹏副会长一起出席该学院2021全球社区日启动仪式，并在之后举行的新、泰、中三地学生学习汇报中，作为导师，给予指点。

Streamed live throughout the festival were the opening ceremony, overseas greetings, and the “My Teochew Heritage” interview series featuring Heng Swee Keat, Tan See Leng, Koh Poh Koon, Baey Yam Keng, Chan Kian Kuan, Ang Chin Koon, Teo Kiang Ang, Teo Hark Piang, Lennon Tan, Ang Kiam Meng, Teo Ser Lee, and Tan Soo Seng. Also featured: a Teochew-language lesson, a discussion on Teochew culture with millennial youths, a talk on the Teochew dialect, a virtual tour of ancestral hometowns, food programmes and other cultural talks.
As part of preserving Teochew culture, the festival supported Temasek Polytechnic Global Community Day 2021. Mr Andrew Tan was appointed as the Huay Kuan’s mentor for three students researching Teochew architecture, marriage customs and rice culture. On 12 November, he attended the launch ceremony with Vice President Mr Tan Thian Pong. They also served as mentors during the student presentations by participants from Singapore, Thailand and China.

2. 南华潮剧社 Nam Hwa Opera
进入南华潮剧社搭建的“南华剧场”，可以欣赏超过100个小时的折子戏、潮剧表演、潮州歌谣、潮州音乐等。南华潮剧社也安排了一场实体演出《传薪》，由五个折子戏《花木兰》、《死谏》、《断桥会》、《打神告庙》和《杨门女将—探谷》组成。还上载了潮汕地区十多个潮剧团体近期录制的好戏，这些团体有中国广东潮剧院一团、二团、三团；潮州市潮剧团；广东实验潮剧、普宁潮剧团、饶平潮剧团、汕头市潮阳区潮剧保护研习中心等。包括中国广东百花潮剧院的《白蛇传》、《汉文皇后》、《金花女》。
进入 “少儿专场”，可以观看10个三至八分钟视频，介绍小学员学潮剧的情景。还有现代潮语歌曲、潮州歌谣和潮州音乐。其中，潮州歌谣包括四句、歌谣和歌册，潮州音乐则涵盖潮州大锣鼓和弦诗乐。
The “Nam Hwa Theatre” promoted over 100 hours of Teochew opera, music, and performances. A special live production, “Passing the Torch,” includes five classic excerpts: Mulan, Remonstration unto Death, Broken Bridge, Beating the Gods and Visiting the Temple, and The Yang Family Women Generals – Exploring the Valley.
It also showcased recorded performances from over ten Teochew opera troupes across the Chaoshan region, including Guangdong Chaozhou Opera Theatre and other regional companies, featuring works such as The Legend of the White Snake, Empress Han Wen, and Jinhua Daughter.
In the “Children’s Segment”, there are short videos of young students learning opera, along with modern Teochew songs, folk rhymes, and music, including drum ensembles and string music traditions.

3. 潮语潮学堂 Teochew Language & Culture School
潮学堂分为几个板块，有“林老师教你说潮语”、“潮语古诗词朗诵”、“潮语趣味童谣谜语”、“潮州话比赛节目”和“潮州方言大师课”。林仰忠老师常年在潮州八邑会馆开设潮语班，有近二十年的教学经验，点击“林老师教你说潮语”跟林老师学说潮州话。点击“潮州方言大师课”收看国际潮学研究会学术委员会主任林伦伦教授关于《潮汕话的方言书写问题》的讲座。
点击“林伦伦漫谈潮汕方言”，收看11月6日晚上7时林伦伦教授就“潮汕方言”进行的线上座谈交流，活动由林仰忠老师主持，柔佛潮州八邑会馆名誉会长陈再藩为客座嘉宾。林伦伦教授以轻松幽默的方式分享了潮汕方言的特点、潮汕族群在全球海内外的分布、潮汕方言在中国本土、泰国、印尼等地的使用情况及未来的发展趋势。林仰忠和陈再藩也各自分享了新加坡和马来西亚潮汕话使用的现状。三位老师也就如何让下一代继续传承和使用潮州话，进行了交流及探讨。节目通过潮州节网站、新加坡潮州八邑会馆和南华潮剧社面簿同步直播。
The Teochew Language Academy included several dedicated sections: “Learn Teochew with Mr Lim,” “Teochew Classical Poetry Recitation,” “Fun Teochew Nursery Rhymes and Riddles,” “Teochew Speech Competitions,” and “Masterclass on the Teochew Dialect.” Lim Ngian Tiong, who taught Teochew classes at Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan for nearly 20 years, guided participants through the basics of spoken Teochew. Viewers could also watch Professor Lim Lung Lung, Chairman of the Academic Committee of the International Teochew Studies Association, delivering a lecture “Issues in the Written Form of the Teochew Dialect” in the masterclass.
Also available is the dialogue “Professor Lim Lung Lung on the Teochew Dialect,” held on November 6, moderated by Lim Ngian Tiong with Johor Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan Honorary President Tan Chai Puan as guest speaker. Professor Lim delivered an engaging and insightful overview of the characteristics of Teochew dialect, the global distribution of Teochew community, the use of the dialect in mainland China, Thailand, Indonesia and beyond, as well as its future development. Lim Yang Tiong and Tan Jwee Huan also shared their perspectives on the use of Teochew in Singapore and Malaysia, and they went on to discuss ways to encourage younger generations to preserve and continue using the Teochew language. The programme was livestreamed simultaneously on the Singapore Teochew Festival website, the Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan Singapore Facebook page, and the Nam Hwa Opera Facebook page.

4. 潮游寻幻境 Virtual Teochew Tour
潮州市政府提供的VR全景视频，让因为疫情不得不宅在家中的观众，动动手指就能身临其境地游览家乡湘子桥、韩公祠、到金山看古松等，还能走访潮州新八景。
Chaozhou Municipal Government’s VR panoramic videos allowed viewers to explore their hometown online during the pandemic. With just a few clicks, they could tour the Guangji Bridge (Xiangzi Bridge), Han Wen Gong Shrine, Jinshan Ancient Pine, and the New Eight Scenic Spots of Chaozhou.
5. 桑梓望乡亭 Heritage Pavilion
让观众了解今天的潮安区、饶平县、揭阳市、普宁县级市、惠来县、潮阳区、澄海区、南澳县的现状及发展，点击“云游侨乡”，还可以跟着导游到潮州产茶区凤凰镇的东兴村和以泥塑闻名的浮洋镇大吴村走走，了解潮州的文化遗产。潮汕十多家企业大力支持本届潮州节提供一些潮汕特色食品，食品放入潮州节礼包，分发给新加坡的乡亲。这些企业有广东冠东集团、扬航腐乳饼、德妙腐乳饼、创辉糖果、泰茂星球杯、吉祥果食品、康辉果丹、真美肉脯、殿羽田青梅等等。点击“潮汕参展企业”可以看到这些企业的资讯。
Viewers may also learn about the present-day development of Chao’an District, Raoping County, Jieyang City, Puning City, Huilai County, Chaoyang District, Chenghai District, and Nan’ao County. Clicking on the “Virtual Tour of the Ancestral Homeland”, they followed a guided heritage tour, from discovering Dongxing Village in Fenghuang Town, a renowned tea-producing area, to Dawu Village in Fuyang Town, famous for its traditional clay sculpture.
In support of the festival, more than ten enterprises from the Chaoshan region contributed specialty food products for the Singapore Teochew Festival gift packs, which were then distributed to the local Teochew community. Participating companies included Guangdong Guandong Group, Yanghang Fermented Beancurd Biscuits, Demiao Fermented Beancurd Biscuits, Chuanghui Candy, Tai Mao Planet Cup, Jixiangguo Food, Kanghui Guodan, Zhenmei Meat Jerky, and Dianyutian Green Plums. 6. 民俗小书斋 Folk Culture Study
想了解侨批背后的故事，可以走进侨批博物馆。点击“潮汕的家与人生”带您走进潮汕祠堂、人生四部曲（生育、嫁娶、寿庆、寿终）、潮州古寨、民居装饰以及出花园。“潮汕时节与美食”介绍潮州节庆粿品、功夫茶、粽子、卤鹅、牛肉丸等10多种美食。10集长达16个小时的“名人访谈录”让您领略各行各业新加坡潮人的风采。
For those interested in the Qiaopi stories (Overseas Chinese Correspondence), they could explore the Qiaopi Museum. Under the “Homes and Life in Chaoshan”, viewers were introduced to the Teochew ancestral halls, the four major milestones of life—birth, marriage, longevity celebrations and funerals—along with ancient villages, traditional architecture, and Chu Hua Yuan, the coming-of-age ceremony. “Festivals and Cuisine of Chaoshan” showcased more than ten local specialties, including festive Teochew kueh, Gongfu tea, rice dumplings, braised goose, and beef balls. There was also a 16-hour interview series of ten episodes, highlighting the achievements and stories of distinguished Teochews from various professions in Singapore.

7. 巧夺天工楼 Intangible Heritage Hall
介绍潮汕非物质文化遗产，包括潮汕非遗文化概述、潮汕嵌瓷4讲、大吴泥塑5讲、铁枝木偶、潮汕民俗表演（英歌舞、鲤鱼舞、麒麟舞、新义青狮舞、畬歌）、手工技艺（木雕、浮洋方潮盛铜锣制作技艺、铜铸胎掐丝珐琅器制作技艺、推光金漆画、漆器制作技艺、红绸花灯制作技艺、毛笔制作技艺、竹编花篮、竹编竹笠、核雕制、普宁嵌瓷）。
In this section, viewers could indulge in Chaoshan’s intangible cultural heritage, including porcelain inlay, Dawu clay sculpture, iron-rod puppetry, Yingge Dance, Carp Dance, Qilin Dance, lion dance, She folk songs, and traditional crafts such as wood carving, lacquerware, lantern making, bamboo weaving, Chinese brush making, olive pit carving, and Puning porcelain inlay.

为了吸引年轻人，这次特别安排6位大学毕业生访问这些潮社的领导人，目的是从年轻人的视角，向年轻人介绍本地的会馆文化；也安排他们上直播节目，畅谈接触会馆后的观感。
Rich in the history and cultural missions of Singapore’s major Teochew organisations, this gallery featured Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan, Teo Yeong Huai Kuan, Chui Huay Lim Club, Pho Leng Hui Kuan, KitYang Huay Kuan, Huilai Countrymen Association, Teo Ann Huay Kuan, Theng Hai Huay Kuan, and Rao Ping Association, where presidents and chairpersons were interviewed by six fresh graduates for better understanding of their respective organisations and key activities.

9. 潮味美食街 Teochew Food Street
让喜欢潮州美食的观众上网定购潮州节专属美食配套及特色潮州美食，会馆使用自主开发的送餐平台，将美食快递至订餐者家中。参与活动的餐馆有10家、小贩有15家（小贩见下表）。这些餐馆有醉花林品潮轩、汕头海鲜 、深利美食馆、 潮鄉味、清壶天餐馆、新潮园、大牛潮汕海鲜餐馆、月亮泰国餐馆、潮樂蓒。
Exclusive Teochew meal sets and traditional dishes were offered during the festival through the Huay Kuan’s online delivery platform. 10 restaurants and 15 hawkers participated, including Chui Huay Lim Teochew Cuisine, Swatow Seafood Restaurant, Chin Lee Restaurant, Teochew Nang Cafeteria, Cheng Hoo Thian Restaurant, Sin Chao Gardens, Da Niu Teochew Seafood Restaurant, Moon Thai Restaurant, and Paradise Teochew Restaurant.

线上售卖从汕头进口的特选商品双髻娘山单丛茶、皇牌酱料、仙味爷爷牛肉酱、山珍酱、贵州茅台酒等，及本地泰茂栈的甜点、SK Jewellery 的黄金首饰、“鼎牌”100克盒装川贝枇杷、葡萄籽、茶多酚、金桔、百香果、青柠、香橙、袋装陈皮梅等，和会馆出版的《弟喂，做人阿甲阿甲就好——王沙和野峰的90个人生故事》一书和潮州节礼包。

Selected imports from Shantou were sold online, including Dancong tea, premium sauces, beef sauce, specialty condiments, and Moutai. Local merchandise was also available, such as desserts from Tai Mao Trading, gold jewelry from SK Jewellery, herbal loquat paste, grape seed extracts, tea polyphenols, and preserved fruits, along with a publication by the association and Teochew Festival gift sets.
Each gift set, priced at $38, comprised a three-tier stainless steel thermal food container, herbal loquat paste, bird’s nest drink, peanut and sesame sweets, as well as a variety of Teochew specialty snacks sponsored by the Chaozhou and Jieyang governments. The set also included a NETS card and face masks from the association.

11. 珍藏艺品廊 Art Gallery
文教主任陈丽卿女士特地拿出自己的14幅画作，20个盘画作品、以及艺术收藏品义卖，为八邑筹款，支持会馆的运作。
Head of Culture and Education group Tan Lee Keng generously contributed 14 paintings, 20 decorative plate artworks, and items from her personal art collection for a charity sale to raise funds in support of the association’s operations.

11月13日晚7时，在醉花林俱乐部举办第三届潮州节闭幕式暨2021年潮州美姐选美赛颁奖礼。人力部长兼贸工部第二部长陈诗龙医生担任主宾，永远名誉会长唐逸刚、南华潮剧社董事会主席洪振群BBM、醉花林俱乐部总理拿督斯里张建安BBM以及活动赞助商等100人共襄盛举。
当晚做足安全措施，在入口处设立Safe Entry登记，只允许已接种疫苗的宾客参加，并要求全体出席者事先完成抗原快速检测（ART）。由于人流管控的限制，活动在醉花林张建安讲堂（主会场）及陈可成厅讲堂（分会场）两个独立会场举行，每个会场50人，两个会场的嘉宾通过连线直播，共同见证颁奖典礼。
陈诗龙医生在仪式上说，很高兴参与新加坡第三届潮州节的闭幕仪式。本届潮州节与往年不同，更富有新意和创意。主办单位借助科技，把精彩有趣的节目搬上“虚拟潮州村”这个线上平台, 而且还以中英双语呈献节目内容。这让比较习惯使用英语的年轻一代，有机会从中增进他们对现代潮州文化的认识。
作为一个多元种族、文化和宗教的社会，大家应该继续发扬属于新加坡的独特文化。他希望大家能够继续支持潮州节，让潮州人的传统美德代代相传。陈诗龙部长也高兴地为本次活动的主要赞助商颁发了纪念品。
On 13 November at 7.00pm, the Closing Ceremony of the 3rd Teochew Festival and the 2021 Miss Teochew Pageant Award Presentation Ceremony were held at Chui Huay Lim Club. Dr Tan See Leng, Minister for Manpower and Second Minister for Trade and Industry, attended as Guest of Honour. Also present were Mr Tang It Kong, Permanent Honorary President, Mr Ang Teng Kiong, BBM, Chairman of Nam Hwa Opera Limited, Dato’ Seri Teo Chee Ann, BBM, President of Chui Huay Lim Club, event sponsors and invited guests.
Strict safe management measures were observed. Only fully vaccinated guests who had completed an Antigen Rapid Test (ART) were admitted. The event was held at two separate venues, Teo Chee Ann Auditorium and Tan Keok Seng Auditorium, with 50 guests in each venue. Both venues were connected via live broadcast.
In his speech, Tan See Leng complimented the festival’s innovation in going digital through the “Virtual Teochew Village,” its bilingual content and the engagement of younger audiences while promoting multicultural understanding.

司仪宣布经过三个回合的竞赛，本届潮州美姐选美赛冠、亚、季军分别由11号佳丽王凤仪、15号佳丽蔡涵及3号佳丽陈乐颖夺得。友谊小姐是6号张熹冕、最上镜小姐为12号黄若嘉、最受欢迎小姐为1号郭烨琦、慈善大使是17号吴佳秦。
After three rounds of competition, Contestant No. 11, Wang Fengyi was crowned Miss Teochew Pageant 2021. Contestant No. 15, Cai Han and Contestant No. 3, Chen Leying were named First and Second Runner-up respectively. Other titles were awarded to Zhang Ximian (Miss Friendship), Huang Ruojia (Miss Photogenic), Guo Yeqi (Miss Popularity), and Wu Jiaqin (Charity Ambassador).

晚会特别设计“亮灯传递”仪式，由“陈可成讲堂”最后一排嘉宾先点亮荧光棒向前传递，传至主会议厅（张建安大讲堂）最后一排嘉宾、然后传递至舞台前。台上的曾建權和陈展鹏将点亮的油纸灯笼，亲手传递给一对年轻人，紧扣本届潮州节主题“携手 · 传承 · 创未来”，就此本届潮州节圆满落下帷幕。
The evening concluded with a symbolic “Light Passing” Ceremony. Guests passed illuminated glow sticks from the Tan Khee Poh Hall to the Teo Kiang Ang Auditorium, and finally to the stage. Mr Chan Kian Kuan and Mr Tan Thian Pong then presented a traditional paper lantern to a young couple, symbolising the festival theme, “Together · Heritage · Future”. The ceremony marked the successful close of the 3rd Teochew Festival.
